These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with By Anna Victoria, and your submission of an order signifies your acceptance of these terms and the formation of a contract. We kindly ask that you thoroughly review these terms before placing your order. If you have any inquiries or require clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us at anna@byannavictoria.co.uk

Delivery and Collection

1.     Shipping Methods: For items requested to be shipped, we use Royal Mail Tracked, signed for, or another carrier if appropriate. If you are a local customer, collection from our home address may be arranged.

2.     Responsibility: While every effort is made to secure your items during transportation, once the items have been dispatched, By Anna Victoria cannot assume responsibility for their safety, or for any delays or losses that may occur during transit.

3.     Address Accuracy: By Anna Victoria will not be held accountable for issues arising from incorrect addresses or any other circumstances causing shipment delays.

 

Client Timelines and Deadlines

1.     Order Timeline: The timeline for your order is contingent upon the specific services and items you request. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will provide you with a comprehensive timeline for your order, including separate schedules for invitation suites and on the day stationery. Delays in sending necessary information for creation of your stationery, may result in delays in producing and delivering your stationery.

2.     On the Day Stationery: For on-the-day stationery, we require all necessary details to be supplied no later than 6 weeks before the final deadline.

3.     Delays: In the event of any delays to your order, By Anna Victoria will promptly notify you and keep you informed until the matter is resolved. Please note that postage delays are not within our control.

 

Deposits and Cancellations

1.     Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due after all work has been approved, before printing, delivery or collection.

2.     Quote Validity: Your quoted price is valid for two weeks, and your date will be reserved for this period. Failure to provide the 50% deposit within this timeframe may result in the date being released.

3.     Payment Methods: Bank transfers are the preferred payment method, but alternative options can be discussed. All charges will be invoiced, with payments due within 14 days of invoicing.

4.     Adjustments: Any changes to your final order will be reflected in the final invoice. If the order quantity changes after materials have been ordered, additional costs may apply, including rush delivery charges.

5.     Alternative Payment Plans: In some cases, alternative payment plans may be available. Please enquire in advance.

 

Submitting Information

1.     Accuracy: It is your responsibility to triple-check all spelling on your wording and guest lists before sending them to us. We are not liable for spelling mistakes or grammar errors. If a mistake is discovered after work has begun, you may be charged for any necessary corrections and additional materials.

2.     Guest List Format: All guest lists must be provided in PDF or Word format, fully formatted as you want them to be written. Reprints can be costly, so please exercise utmost care during this stage to ensure accuracy.

 

Product Finish

1.     Colour Discrepancies: Digital files may not accurately represent colours on your device compared to printed results. Variations between on-screen colours and printed colours are possible.

2.     Handmade Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations may occur in handwritten calligraphy pieces. Please be aware of this when placing orders that include such elements.

 

Copyright

1.     Artwork and Design: By Anna Victoria retains all rights to any artwork and design. Reproduction of artwork is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Rose and Wylde.

2.     Use of Samples: By Anna Victoria reserves the right to utilise images and samples of your stationery for portfolio and marketing purposes, including website and social media usage, as well as display at wedding fairs and events. If you do not wish for your samples to be used, kindly inform us in advance.
